To work collaboratively, compassionately and genuinely to help clients meet their goals for treatment and improve their mental health and well-being.
I am passionate about the work I do supporting adults of all ages. My specialty lies in helping emerging adults and those facing challenges such as anxiety, stress/trauma, sleep and eating concerns, self-doubt, and life transitions.
Throughout my career, I have gained diverse experience across various settings.
I spent many years at UCLA's Counseling and Psychological Services, where I assisted both undergraduate and graduate students with issues including anxiety, stress, disordered eating, trauma, identity development, relationship changes, and emotional regulation. During my time there, I also supervised trainee clinicians and led engaging groups, such as Compassion for Your Inner Critic, Breaking Free of Anxiety, and Managing Emotions.
Additionally, I worked in TeleMental Health with the Department of Veterans Affairs, where I developed a specialization in behavioral sleep medicine and managed a Telesleep clinic at the West Los Angeles VA Healthcare Center. I hold an advanced degree in Behavioral Sleep Medicine and am a Diplomate of Behavioral Sleep Medicine (DBSM).
Past clinical training settings also include Harbor UCLA Medical Center, UCLA Health and Pepperdine's WLA Community Clinic
I earned my Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University, and I completed my B.A. and M.A. in Psychology at Stanford University. My license numbers are CA Psy 24708 NY Psy 02574

Good Faith Estimate Notice: The federal “No Surprises Act” grants consumers the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. Under the law, health care providers are required to give clients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for treatment services. The act also requires healthcare providers to inform their clients of this right. You can ask your health care provider for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
